This new forum has been designed to bring together Open Reality, the customer and the manufacturer to enable more effective use of Network Instruments products. The site has gone live from 5th January 2004 and the website is www.openreality.co.uk/forum. Customers can request their user id's by emailing forum@openreality.co.uk

The forum is monitored by 8 Network Instruments approved engineers and is aimed at helping customers make the most out of their investment in Network Instruments software. Open Reality is the only partner of Network Instruments to offer online technical support through their demolive.co.uk website, and now the only partner to offer an online forum where customers, our support engineers and Network Instruments can all interact together to resolve queries.
